Embrace Dance Culture at the Summer Flash Mob Experience

I'm excited to announce the Flashmob New Orleans Secret Summer Flash Mob Experience 2016 Workshop session begins in May 2016 in New Orleans!

Local community dance company Flashmob New Orleans known for its annual "Michael Jackson Thriller Flashmob" at New Orleans City Hall is holding registration for its 2016 "Secret Summer Flash Mob" Experience that will be hosted by the New Orleans School of Ballet. The founder and artistic director is local actor, dancer, choreographer and performer Kenneth "Kynt" Bryan, who will lead classes.

The seven-week session is open to the public and will be held May 7 through June 11, on Saturdays, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at 717 Adams St. at the corner of Adams and Maple streets. The program is open to the public and designed for the family.

Classes will focus on fun popularized dance choreography of traditional New Orleans dances as well as Top 40 mainstream music favorites all synched into a flash mob extravaganza. Similar to the "Thriller" and "Beat It" flash mob series, " Secret Summer Flash Mob " will trace the origins of dance culture, movement, and will conclude with several secret flash mob performances coinciding with Summer 2016. Get your costumes ready!
